Pumpwise Terms of Use

Last updated: 29 October 2026

These terms cover your use of the Pumpwise app. By using it you agree to them. Apple's standard Licensed Application End User License Agreement also applies.

What Pumpwise is

Pumpwise shows fuel prices that stations report to official government price schemes, starting with FuelWatch in Western Australia. It is free, has no accounts and is not affiliated with any government, station or fuel brand.

Prices can be wrong

Stations report their own prices, and Pumpwise collects them from the official source about once an hour (more often where prices change during the day). Stations sometimes report mistakes, and a price can change after it was reported. Always check the price at the pump before you fill up. In Western Australia you can contact FuelWatch at https://www.fuelwatch.wa.gov.au/contact if a station is not selling at its published price.

Opening hours, facilities, restrictions and locations also come from the stations and may be out of date. Distances are in a straight line, so the drive will usually be longer. "Best value" and savings are estimates based on the fuel economy and fill-up size you choose.

Use it safely

Do not use Pumpwise while driving. Let a passenger check, or look before you set off. Follow the road, traffic signs and the law at all times; directions are provided by the maps app you choose.
